Wired: Turkish Police Arrest Alleged ATM Hacker-Kidnapper

Turkish officials nabbed an alleged ATM-hacking kingpin, according to news reports. The hacker, named Cha0, allegedly tortured an informer and said not even the FBI could catch him.
