For nearly a year, zorro's brought tidbits to memes about Ali Mohammed. I'm not going to bore you with more details of the fact he IS the CEO of Al Qaeda and a CIA/FBI asset, now in the Iraqi Congress, under an "assumed" identity...paid for by US Witness Protection. But, if my information is right, (which it never is! except for the 9/11 Put Option/Mortgage Meltdown Connection) he first warned of the "Al Qaeda" plot to hit the WTC/01 in 1996/97.
At first you may ask, if we knew why didn't we stop it. Why did we allow it to come to fruition. There are three very compelling reasons. First, we did not want to tip our hand to the "financial patrons" of the plot. The reasoning goes like this...if the "patrons" were willing to kill tens of thousands of people in such a public way...were we to stop the plot...there is no doubt they would find an alternate more "atomic" way to achieve their goals.
Secondly, in l986 it may have been obvious to the "planners" they had a "mole" in their organization..if we acted to stop it. It was clear the plot was intricate and would take years to develope and place. So, it was better the "plotters" and "planners' continue to work on a "hit" that would consume tremendous man power and resources but never come to fruition.
In other words, because we were so "confident' in our ability to intercept and stop the attack ...the FBI just considered it a harmless "hobby-plot" or "busy-work" for the world's "Killer-bee-hive" in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
That brings me to the 3rd line of reasoning for our government not "stopping" the plot immediately...! We decided to "manage" the crises! Yup..it's kind of like "managing" a Nuclear Detonation...up to a point you are definitely in charge...but after that..nature MUST take its course. IN the case of 9/11...we thought the we could stop "human nature" from taking its course. What course? (Don't you know it's not nice to "fool human nature"?)
That would be the "Put Option" thing. Yes, I know you've heard it before. But, from 1996 to 2001, the US Treasury booked nearly $21 Trillion dollar in Put Options. They "optioned" nearly every possible business. Was it "Managing Doomsday"> (WOW! Great TItle for Zorro's Book On Put Option Plot) or was it just coincidence the investment choices were associated with a "terrorist" act and it's aftermath.
Who created the "investment card" or "key"...Hey! A dripping "steve" faucet would never make me talk. The "software" key...I wonder if it was "Deutsche-based".
I have to admit it would be "tempting" for one government that was technically "bankrupt" to endeavor into "managing" terrorist outcomes to make "trillions in profits". Especially, if no one was going to get hurt. But there was a problem...for ALL the options to "pay off"...the "Business Would have to be destroyed".
Hmmm! So that's a big trick. Just because an "airplane" hits the 45th floor of some building in Manhattan, doesn't mean the "Investment" Industry offices on the 22nd floor would be "Destroyed" so their stock would go down. No, if "select banks", were going to make a killing by making a killing..the money had to be there..not just "insurance proceeds".. Because Rockefeller would get that!
So, it would appear, sometime since l986? Somebody had to make sure that the "stock value" of all the companies with H Qs in the WTC's would plummet if the WTC were "struck" by a plane. What if they didn't fall? Sorry, the "management" of the "Counter-Counter" Team..couldn't afford for that to happen.
Does that mean...what I think it means? Yeah! I think your looking for a "pre-demolition" demolition contract.
Before we continue my latest rave, the thought occurred to me that Bush should have attacked Florida, Arizona, "Warren Buffett" and "The Carlyle Group" with all of our forces instead of Afghanistan. I can prove it! Although the "hijackers" appeared to have gotten their "physical conditioning" in Afghanistan (if we believe those stupid 18 year old tapes of CIA-training in the hills of Jordan)...even the FBI admits they got their "flight training" in Florida and Arizona (Embry Riddle University).
So, although I'm sure they were "fine, physical specimens of muslim manhood, who could leap broad sand-filled ditches with a single pole and balance themselves forever on the "head of an oil well"...none of those skills was much help at 56,000 feet.
No! I'm sorry, but I think we're all victims of "media" "escape-goating". What's "escape-goating"..it's when you blame someone else who you know didn't do the crime and then help them "escape". So, it seems to me that the "flight-training" facilities in Opa Locha, Tampa, St. Pete, as well as Klingman Arizona were SOLELY responsible for training the "hijackers" in flying and crashing airplanes.
Really, the new "Patriot Act" does NOT require "criminal intent" to be guilty of aiding and abetting a terrorist act. So, that means, so long as Warren Buffett's company was "training hijackers". ..We should INVADE Omaha, INVADE FLORIDA! BLOW ARIZONA BACK TO THE HELL HOLE>.it came from? I don't know about you..but I'm afraid if we send 150,000 marines into Miami...we'll never get them back home!
As a direct result, the US Government, Pentagon, Military, CIA, NORAD and FAA began to immediately institute "contingency planning" and running defensive counter-terror scenarioes" as early as December of l996.
The problem is, those who were entrusted with "defending" the US from the 9/11 warnings, failed to consider that during the 4-5 year "ramp up" of counter operations...their own security was breached. during the ramp up. In fact, "breaching security of counter-counters during "ramp up" period, was always part of the orginal plan.
In other words, in l996, the "Saudi Royal Engineer who was setting up the software for the FAA/NORAD interface was a mole may not have been working on the "software yet". He may have subsequently been hired by the FAA and set up a "fail point", years in advance. How? A software "glitch" not unlike the year 2000 bug. But this was a 9/11/01 "Bug" built in to the FAA hardware.
Just because the "counter-counters" weren't in place in l996 doesn't mean they weren't "actors". We do know that the "FAA" in San Diego had contacted the FBI about a Saudi "engineer" well before 9/11. After 9/11 he was questioned and released. Why? All these people have to do is say "Ali Mohammed" and they are released">? (hunch!) The FBi simply can't afford for any real information on the "9/11 Warning" to EVER leak out.
My hunch is that the "process" for creating "Flight Numbers" on the morning of 9/11 was "gamed" or "counter-countered". There appears to be no Flight 93 on the regular scheduled list. Once you get into the FAA records much of the Passenger Flight "meme" falls apart. For example, the "Tail Number" (which is the serial number of a plane) that was associated with Flight 93, is now in service in Asia.
Yes, 9/11 was a complex plot. That doesn't lend it "less likely" to be a "plot". In fact, the "more thinking" and the greater the "planning" and the "More individuals" that join the mix..the MORE likely that a "conspiracy" exists. It's just a technical term to "agree to commit and illegal act". For cripe sakes..the 9/11 Put Option to profit from "dead" people is illegal'.
9/11 was created, managed, directed and executed ...by a set of "brilliant" individuals who were running "Counter-counter terror" inside the CIA, FBI, FAA, Immigration & Naturalization (Read..Rudi Giuliani's watch!), NORAD, Space Command, State Dept and White House. Many of these individuals MAY have been "Mosad"..many were not. Some were likely MI-6. Look, just because they were MI-6 they could still be "Pakistani"!
Eventually, internal security breakdowns and "changes of management" eventually allowed dozens of moles" inside that managed to successfully "derail" virtually ALL of the "counter-moves". This could only have occurred if the "moles" actually were high level and highly skilled political operatives who had access to "policy making" and "planning" at the highest levels.
Does that mean our own elected leaders and State Dept officials were behind it? Not necessarily. But let's just say the "weakest" link in allowing capable individuals to "influence" policy and procedures is through the "Counsel" system, "foreign training" programs and "student aid" programs as well as foreign "lobbyist programs." ALl now have access to places that they would never have been cleared for 25 years ago.
What does the "counsel" system have to do with access? Well, in plain English it means that just as "trained pilots" MAY have been used...it would take a "trained attorney" to get access into the defensive measures and access to procedures that determine and change policies.
Change a political policy? WHat's the attorney's role? Quite frankly, no Federal Policy is EVER created, modified or eliminated without advice of counsel. What if the "counsel" is not doing what's best for the American people..just as "torture", "wire-tapping", "incarceration without trial", "no habeas corpus", "no right against self-incrimination". You see how it works. If the State Dept can get an "insider attorney" to say that "stopping" a plot is illegal..then it's illegal to stop the plot.
In this case, it doesn't have to be as obvious..but if the "intelligence" community once had a "policy" about hiring the "children of heads of Muslim state" as policy creators...the same attorny who said that "torturing people is ok" would also have said..the "policy against hiring foreign nationals in top secret positions is not legaL. In the final analysis! F-18's and Department heads aren't protecting the US and it's skies...Washington Attorneys in the "Counsel" system are our ONLY protection from utter destruction. (Yikes!)
Impossible? I think we have a"shining" example of "counsels" who do illegal acts to further the "agenda" of their "paymasters". We have "Scooter Libby". We have "counsels" who tell us that "torture" is OK. That the Geneva Convention doesn't apply to the US.
We have Counsels advising the Constitution doesn't apply to US Citizens if they are "suspected" of aiding terrorism. We have a State Dept counsel system that allows in "Known Terrorists" into the US despite having knowledge their documents are forged.
We have a "Immigration & Naturalization" counsel system who hide the idnetity of major drug traffickers. We have a system that "murders" it's own Prosecutors and Federal Attorneys...to prevent them from disclosing details.
For years the "Counsel" system has been running under the cover of "Poltical Correctness" whereby criminals go free under the arguement that prosecution would be too expensive or too "costly" or too "offensive" to the "class of persons" the defendants would represent.
As a result, the US "counsel" system has allowed plane load after plane load of Saudi "murderers" and conspirators to return to their home lands from Guantanamo..only to be released. None of these people can be released without a "sign off" by a US Attorney or someone of "counsel"

Quite serious breaches of US policy were required for any "craft" of any nature to have "crashed" into any building..and then to FAIL to shoot down another craft who is still in the air and heading for New York City..nearly 30 minutes later.

At some point in time our outrage at this "conviction" needs to be replaced by suspicion. This article does a great job of "painting" Padilla as a "pissed off Muslim" but little to connect him with 9/11 or any other terrorist act. It appears this Nation, this government, this Senate, this Congress has no capacity or will to create laws, prosecute people who have actually committted a terrorist act inside the uS.
Based on my reading of the indictments, Padilla was NEVER charged with complicity in 9/11 nor any of the 3,400 murders committed that day. In fact, Rudi Giulilani's Federal Attorney's for South District of New York (who has primary jurisdiction over the mass murders of 9/11) never indicted ANYONE or even brought a Grand Jury to investigate a single slaying from 9/11. Despite the fact there is substantial evidence in New York sufficient to establish "probable cause", if not "beyond a reasonable doubt" that the same Saudi "Abduallah" who invested nearly $1.0 Trillion in Wall Street was also the primary funder of 9/11.
Curiously, the Saudi Royal Abdullah who funded the entire program and who happens to be the largest individual investor in Wall Street after Rockefeller has never been pursued by the US Treasury for ANY violation. Padilla was convicted of conspiracy to commit a terror overseas, not here in the US. Conspiracy just means he "talked" about it! He just "talked" about and "Wanted" to do something "bad" and "nasty".
Yet, true to form, the US government "REFUSES" to indict ANYONE that actually committed a terrorist act. The prosecution was bungled from the start...but we need to look through the bungling and see the "Strategem" of this "government" that refuses to prosecute any individual or any cause of action that would subject any "testimony, under cross examination" regarding the real story of this Senate's and this Administration's connections to 9/11 and specific warnings they all had at least 7 weeks in advance, if not three years.
Yes, the Senate Select Committee on intelligence may have elicited secret testimony under the Clinton administration of the plan to hit the WTCs in 2001. In addition, the Pentagon was warned to begin it's own preparations for the "missile" attack, three years in advance, which coincides EXACTLY when they let the contract for the "hardening" and reinforcement to repel a bunker-busting missile.
As a result, on a handful of "pissed off Musims" have ever been indicted and NONE of them have been connected in ANY way with 9/11. Basically, we've had NO convictions of "Terrorist Acts" inside the US since the l993 WTC bombers when we let the primary planner..Ali Mohammed...loose, to subsequently plan and blow up the US Embassies in Africa.
