Since a .38 calibre could infer a "military issue" the report was changed to .22 calibre. Since a .22 calibre weapon was substituted for the one with John Hinckley, Jr.s prints the actual .38 weapons appears to have been missing...until now. So, if Hinckley didn't do it...who did?
