The FBI admits they knew about the New Jersey (Sphinx Trading Co) Terror cell that was responsible for blowing up the WTC in l993. They also admit that the FBI had paid informants involved in the "plot" named Mohammad Salameh. Since the plotters lived in New Jersey, the FBI would naturally have kept the District Attorny for New Jersey fully informed...that would have been "Michael Chertoff" now homeland insecurity czar who was the US Attorney for the District of New Jersey l990-1994.

Yes, I know, almost anything that happens in NJ is at 40.07. Funny thing, the DC snipers never shot anyone on 40.07 so it must not be a "random" thing. I just love stories about the Army Corps of Engineers and their connections with public disasters and 40.07. As we should all remember, it was the ACE that dumped all the "explosives" on the beach at Surf City, NJ. It was ACE that created Washington, DC.
