Yes, I know, almost anything that happens in NJ is at 40.07. Funny thing, the DC snipers never shot anyone on 40.07 so it must not be a "random" thing. I just love stories about the Army Corps of Engineers and their connections with public disasters and 40.07. As we should all remember, it was the ACE that dumped all the "explosives" on the beach at Surf City, NJ. It was ACE that created Washington, DC. ACE created the Pentagon; the water Control projects at New Orleans were ACE; ACE was the primary contractor for the Space Shuttles that have all blown up; ACE is in charge of our Nuclear arsenal that now is mostly missing or "stale".
It was at the ACE HQ in Seattle where that Sgt was stationed before his fingerprints were found the bag in Madrid that contained the "detonators" for the Train Bombing. ACE was responsible for the mgt of the Minnesota Bridge that fell down; ACE was the contractor for the world trade centers. Where's the "meme" in all this? To make it plain and simple, if a foreign country wanted to "control" virtually our entire military from "communications" to "command" to "infrastructure" to "targetting"..all you need to do is get in control of ACE, itself! They would be in control of our entire Nuclear Aresnal; virtuall all of our weapons systems, including Bio- Anthraz Nuclear and even "nastier" stuff. They would control everything that we recognize as "Federal" infrastructure, including "dams, bridges, Locks, waterways" and canals.
