San Diego Mayor Pleads for more "RESOURCES"...In a fire that means "Water & Delivery"...US ACE Screws Up Again!

gee! it would almost make "SOMEBODY" besides zorro BEGIN to think that US ACE is having some SERIOUS internal problems.  Why? Because US ACE  is completely responsible for ALL the Water in San Diego...because it comes from Hoover Dam! Funny! 1st New York, then New Orleans, then San Diego. and LA...next is Chicago and DC and maybe Seattle and Denver...Not Denver..US ACE only hits US Port Cities.
