we're naive if we believe that combatants give a crap about flags or uniforms. Several years ago I memed about a Berkeley Company who was able to make computer cut uniforms to any military spec. They made and delivered 100,000 US Army uniforms to the Saudis, just before the US invaded Iraq. We also know that prior to 9/11 Pentagon "bio-identity" contractors were selling their look-a-like services to the highest bidder and all they needed to make exact untraceable replicas of US Marine and Army id's complete with Fingerprints, was access to medical records and social security info. They got that when someone stole the Veterans affairs laptop with almost all active military id info on it. There is a "clone army" in existence and it looks, smells and is trained JUST like a U S Army thanks to the Bush administration. But that's not the bad news!
To the best of my knowledge and belief, the CIA functions as the "international enforcer" for US policy...short of a declaration of War. The CIA handles it's wet work through "Corporate Entities, Corporate Fronts and Corporate Shells". You would be shocked to find out which upstanding Fortune 500 companies actually had subsidiaries that do "wet" work in Africa and around the world.
The practice has been so pervasive some analysts indicate that the CIA "wet" contractors have actually killed more civilians in the last 15 years than Iraq War 1 and Iraq War II has killed in military counts. It is justified by the "nasty meme" that a "hands-on" approach is far superior and accurate than the military's big dumb bomb, high profile.
The three primary differences between the "Black War Making" and "War Fighting" is 1. Cost is much less; 2. Media coverage is zero 3. Targetting can be much for "creative". With the CIA you don't have to declare "war" to kill while military action requires some form of pre-authorization. CIA operatives interpret goals vs the military following orders.
With a "Corporate" War, the targets do not NEED to be firing at us; there is not requirement that the target poses a "military threat"; there is no requirement that the target be armed; there is no requirement that the target be a citizen of the "axis of evil"; there is no requirement that the target even had the "intent" to harm US interests; there is no requirement that the target even have committted a felony because the CIA is not a law enforcement arm; there is no restriction against "killing" friends; there is no restriction except the "best interests of the CIA itself" and the "Clandestine U S Govt" the part that you don't see.
What you don't see is the fact that the US Government MUST have continuity to face the risks it faces. The continuity is provided in part by the US Congress but their membership changes to often to provide any consistency! For example, what if IBM changed Presidents every 4 years? That's why the average Congress person has served for 15 years! But even that's not where the real continuity comes from.
For nearly 20 years the "continuity" within the US State Dept came from our "Black" President and "Vice President" team, Cheney and Rumsfeld. If you weren't aware, Cheney and Rumsfeld were secretly "classified" as "President Pro-Tem" and "Vice President Pro Tem", some time after Reagan left office.
According to declassified Pentagon and State Dept documents, they were authorized ostensibly to take over the govt leadership in case of a Nuclear Attack. There were annual and sometimes quarterly drills where Cheney and Rumsfeld would be spirited away into an "undisclosed" command and control center in Virginia where they would "practice" creating "wartime" policy and practice "manipulating" the ship of state.
It would appear that the plan was the Cheney and Rumsfeld were expected to become the "permanent" President and Vice President of the United States because the Regulations for their little "play house 9/11" required the disbandment of Congress and prohibited Federal elections from being held for a period of at least 12 years from the date of the "catastrophe". In other words, the CIA, State Dept and Pentagon, were sick and tired of not being able to implement what they considered to be the ultimate global solution for Corporate control of the planet. They were certain that Cheney & Rumsfeld had the stomach to do whatever it took to start a locally contained World War III in the Middle East.
The "real" connection between "government" and the "CIA" is not Congress or the President, it's the State Dept and Private Companies who's best interest the State Dept has been "peopled" to protect. Mostly Chevron and the other major oil companies that provide strategic resources to the "old" US Military.
There are literally hundreds of thousands of Govt employees that run the nation on a year to year basis and none of them are elected. Unfortunately, these "unelect" who usually just "enforce" policy...got in charge of "making" policy and installed a president stupid enough to believe that Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and a policy of protecting Israel...all else be damned, was the appropriate Lynch-Pin for global foreign policy.
The major "element" in that policy was the destructon of Iraq...not Saddam, pulling the "pin" out of the "Grenade" that was Sunni/Shiite politics in the middle east. To their credit, the State Dept apparently warned Bush about the Sunni/Shiite "fracture zone"/"tipping point" in Middle East stability.
In case you didn't realize it, the schism between Sunni & Shiite, at least in Saudi Arabia is somewhat the same as the schizm between Roman Catholic and Greek Orthodox or "Byzantium"(aka Constantinople for all you California High School Graduates) Christianity. For example, the "Gothic" tribes that destroyed Rome on a regular basis were Byzantine "Christians". They were "Arryan"...no not "white arryan" but Arryan as in a Heretical theory of Christianity. Eventually, ROME prevailed over the Greek Orthodox via Rome's "alliance" with the greatest "Corporate Warriors" ever know...the "Venetians>" Together with the "Turks" the Venetians destroyed the Greek Orthodox church and drove it into Russia.
The exact same thing is happening with Shiite/Sunni-"screw the flag crap"; in the 1780-1800s the Saudi Royal Family declared that the practice of Shiite form of Muslim religion was anathema and heresy, punishable by death. That's how Iran got formed and Southern Iraq was formed.
All Shiite "Arabs" went to Iraq to escape and all "non Arab" Shiites went into exile in the region of Iran long before the "British" consolidated its' tribes into what we now recognize as one the earth's great "assholes"! Some of my Arab friends who know their history advise that the Saudi Royal family has a branch of their "sharia justice" dept. dedicated to murdering/assassinating/executing ALL "shiites" within Saudi territory..and that the minister of justice keeps the names and address of ALL shiites, whereever they live in the world for future targeting.
Iran and Salmon Rushdie are just a red herring! Khomeni declares a death sentence on one arrogant writer and we want to go to war with Iran. Saudi declares death sentences on nearly 12,000,000 Arabs; dresses itself in US Military uniforms to pretend the US is Killing them...FUNDS 9/11 and our "demented" brain dead President holds the "hand" of the Saudi President like a little child with "daddy"?
In the Saudi culture, which one of the few ancient remnants of "Feudalism" left over from European middle ages, "taking the hand" is the same as "surrender". When the King was photographed holding Bush's hand coming out of the Mosque in Riyadh...it wasn't too old friends...it was "Overlord and political puppet">
With the military all targets must be "authorized" or be acted upon within the military's "rules of engagement" and follow a "continuing action" plan, and must exist within a defined "theatre of operations" over which a command and control structure exists.
The absolutely "perfect" thing about the "Convenient Truth" of terrorism is, it allows political governments to do away with ALL the military "protections".
With CIA contractors "under NO flag", the theatre of operations is the entire planet, there don't have to be hostilities, friendlies may be dispatched, there are no clear orders to follow, there are no political guidelines, there is no declaration of war, there is no oversight by the US Congress as a body except by specific committees such as the Senate Select Committee on intelligence where John Heinz sat before he was murdered.
Al Gore was on the Same committee at the same time as John Heinz which why the Pentagon and the CIA 'Fixed' the election because they couldn't afford for "Gore" to become president and stop the CIA from achieving it's internal goals. John Kerry was also on the Committee with Heinz and Gore but Kerry is "skull & bones" and the CIA IS "Skull & Bones".
Of course, Flags are irrelevant for the CIA corporate contractors. But that's not the bad news. The "Transformation" that the Pentagon keeps talking about is the "tear down" of the entire US Military, the transfer of military task to civilians, transfer of command and control to "joint" command and control including the British and Saudi governments and NATO and UN command structures.
So when I hear of someone talking about "False Flags" it's just a curious historical note, it's no longer relevant. Most of the civilian deaths in Iraq are created by US/Foreign civilian contractors...not US Military. In fact, by some estimates, CIA/US "Security Force Contractors" world wide total nearly 2.1 million "in arms". Which is almost double the effective fighting force of the US Army.
The US Army is in the process of being dismantled. All we have left is the National Guard and Bush is killing and maiming that at an alarming pace. It's all going to plan because 40% of the people that read this are just letting it happen. It's your military, your gov/t. ARE YOU & I GUILTY of COMPLICITY TO MURDER INNOCENT CIVILIANS IN IRAQ.
That's a great question. OF course if you're a right wing religious person your answer is no, "Jesus wants us to kill Iraqis". So you're off the hook. But, in reality you need to question the disconnet that the American people have between their own vicious, murdering, perverse foreign policy and ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF..and your own responsibility.
If the "military" kills for you, at least the President is authorized...oops! Sorry, there was no declaration of war by the Senate just an unlimited authorization for Bush to use force. So, if the CIA kills someone to help assure that you get all the gas you need or your morning commute or to keep "sugar" from flooding the market and making yours more expensive...these are all WET serviceS being done "in your name".
By your "tacit assent" you are ordering "hits" throughout the world...and all you have to do to make sure it continues is to stick your head up your SUV and say nothing! We're all responsible!
So, when I see articles about "Flags" and "fairplay" I have to gag! If you think "Flags" are real why don't you ask yourself why the "Freaking Flag of Hawaii Is A British Union Jack?" And you thought it was a US State??
