let's bring the story current before we jump back! in 2004, the Italian Government paid a $1,000,000 ransom to the kidnappers of two Italians in Iraq. The problem here is...we can't seem to get rid of the DANES!
What' the connection? If you take a look at "Scotland" you'll see it has two different flags. One flag..called the "Satire" is simply blue on a white back ground. Russia is named after the "red hair" of the "Swedish" invaders and "goths" we call the "VIKINGS"> So, I guess you can call it the current Flag of "Scotland" a "viking" flag? Later!

Morse Code uses "four placeholders" three dots and a dash for the letter "V"..why is it because we only have "4 Fingers" and One Thumb".
That brings us to Beethoven's "Vth or "5th" symphony. Would you be shocked to find out that Beethoven's 5th is actually his 4th? It's true.
It seems Samuel FB Morse reallly didn't invent the Telgraph..his Partner "Vail" as in "Vail Colorado" did. Morse was just the 'cash mule" from the British investors.
Sam Morse was a painter. He was a genius. He was sent to the Royal Acadament of London in l811 to study..during the War of 1812. In 1823 he was famous for painting portraits of "revolutionary" figures..including "Lafayette", the "famous Mason.
Beethoven didn't die until 1827. It seems that Samuel F B Morse and Lafayette..the Grand Master of Masonic Symbolism met with Beethoven, in Paris sometime between 1823 and 1827. Some reports indicate that Lafayette converted Beethoven to the "Cause" and he agreed to change the "numericy" of his Symphonies to accomodate.."the Masonic Code".

Beethoven never went to Paris in his life, so whether he converted to the Masonic cause, if that's what's being suggested, is doubtful in the extreme. Even more doubtful if you listen to his Missa Solemnis.
