"NEW" Northwest Passage: Canada vs US; Global Warming Or Nuclear Re-Engineering The Arctic

Several years ago a secret joint agreement between Russia and China was disclosed whereby China and Russia were seek an "engineering solution" to allow free travel in the NorthWest Passage/Arctic ocean by getting rid of the "dangerous ice". Late last year it would appear that the Chinese and Russians efforts may actually be the primary factor in the thinning of the Arctic Ice. In response, Canada/UK who actually claim sovereign power for the Northwest Passage as well as the US have dramatically increased their Military presence in the area. So, while Russia and China Nuke/Laser their way through the flow ice around the North Pole...Gore is free to whine about Global Warming. As everyone knows, no one can stop Wasp-Putin or change his mind without killing him, first. Ooops! Looks Like a job for "Daddy-George"!
