Observe the search trends of the masses

Ever wonder where the group mind of the masses is at the moment? I wondered, so I wrote a tool to help me visualize it. The Trend Cloud is based on google hottrends (google being a main search engine, it's a pretty good source for the habitual thoughts of the group mind). The trend cloud spits out those trends with items that have been searched for more often larger and less often smaller. It color codes the searches with the most search results as pink and the least as green. The searches most recently in the top 100 are near the top and the older tags are near the bottom. With this it's easy to watch the group mind leap from one subject to another. Have fun tracking the mass mind: http://www.ungab.com/trendcloud
