Michael J. Garcia, Giuliani Prosecutor: Bush Appointed To Head Homeland Security Investigations Looking For bin Laden Since l998

they say some people are destined to be known by their failures. the good is oft interred with their bones. Why in the "crapola-payola-crayola" Giuliani/Rockefeller's "dirty denizens" are in charge of our country..i have no idea. Michael J. Garcia prosecuted (what a frippin joke) Usama bin Laden, in absentia, for his "non-existent" role in the African Embassy bombings. The other two prosecutors were Patrick Fitzgerald and "Karas". Needless to say, Mr. Garcia was also the lead Prosecutor on the Gotti, Jr. indictment. It seems the fact that Mr. Garcia, conveniently NEVER gets his man...Bush still appointed him to head up our most critical division of Homeland Security (under Chertoff...his stud-buddy) the ICE! or Immigration, Customs Enforcement Division.

Michael J. Garcia, has been unable to find Usama bin Laden for nearly 10 years, since he indicted him, in absentia in l998 for the US Embassy bombings. Curiously, Garcia's team was the primary team searching for him. It looks like Garcia has been looking in the wrong places. How convenient for Bush to appoint the man who's been helping the Manhattan District with hiding the fact that the "Customs and Duty" business isn't what it used to be!

The fact that the Customs and Duties of the Port of New York and New Jersey were being managed by the British and then Sold to Dubai! until the Senate Squeaked and they were sold to AIG! and we know the Head of AIG is also an ex-Giuliani/Rockefeller DIRTY DENIZEN prosecutor !..called Cherasky.

Bush appointed Mike Garcia to head up ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) in 2003. What happened? ICE is the largest investigative arm for the entire division of Homeland Security. Nobody better to head up the search for bin Laden..than the man who failed to find him SINCE l998! and the US Embassy Bombs.

Garcia went back to the Southern District of NY and promptly indicted Bernard Kerick!
