Whether any or all of them were related to the practice of extraordinary rendition, we do not know. The CIA flies for a multitude of reasons. by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. It seems he is using an
aircraft for speaking engagements and the like, while that aircraft is
supposed to be limited for use in emergencies. The item went on to
show that several times, when HHS needed the plane for emergency
transport use, they had to lease another plane instead. When they
depicted the leased plane I noticed it was N524PA, which is one of the

military exercises. It is also specially equipped for surveillance
