Yawn is a special type of meme, a highly infectious notion that evaporates within seconds of infection. We all know that "fat" is a virus...why not "stupid"? Is "stupid" infectious?
Well, I promise you one thing..."unabiding blind loyalty" is an infectious meme...isn't that how the military convinces our kids? What about "racism"..isn't that a meme? Isn't inferiority a "meme"?
Isn't exclusivity a "meme"...brought on by the moving of one's hyper-inflated ego, big salary behind a gated community? Isn't "gated community" an "oxymoron". Is there such thing as a an "ortho-doxy moron"? wouldn't that be a priest who believes sex with a child is helpful?
What about an "unorthodoxy moron"...yes, I know that exists..that's what zorro is. Why can't "depression" and other psycho-societal disorders be infectious "memes". The word "mob" itself is the quintessential "meme". And "mob" violence?
Oh, there are lots of people who claim that they would never get swept up in a "mob"! No, I think we all have the propensity to get swept up in a "mob" but I don't think that mob violence is a "meme"...i think it's personal choice.
What is the relationship between "contagious meme" and "personal choice". Can free will help us to resist ALL infectious memes? Are there "Super Memes" to which we have no defense?
Is "love" a defense to the "meme" of hate? Or is "hate" simply a byproduct of the "meme" of self-superiority? Isn't "superiority" of the American nation really just an "opt-in-opt-out" meme? One day you love us the next day...well you get the picture.
So is Depression a "meme"? Exclusivity? Superiority? Discrimination? A ssense of Personal Entitlement? Hyper Egoism? Selfishness? "Self-Ism" which zorro memed about years ago.
Are memes "pathogenic"..do they follow a regular course of infection? Are there certain weather environments that affect memes? Isn't "cabin fever" a "meme"?
Isn't the South more susceptible to the "meme" that "black" people are some how not the same as a "white" meme? Is "Exclusivity" contagian "inevitable". Where does choice come in?
Is "Choice" the anti dote to memetic infection? Are certain types of "structures" more conducive to the spreading of memes? Such as "Churches" with a steeple? Churches without a "steeple"? Don't churches that look like "soul-less" Warehouses of "weary" people spread them faster?
Is willingness to be duped a "meme"? Is acceptance of a "lie"? Is it part of the "lazy" meme. What's "leadership" vs. "followship"?
I think the concept of "fellowship" where "fellows" get together and emit silent Psycho-spiritual memetic disturbances to "achieve goals". I guess some people call it "prayer gropes". Is there such a thing a "prayer groupies"?
Is sex better after a prayer...or do you people just love to "screw" all the poor "collateral damages" in Iraq. AHHHh the MEME of COLLATERAL DAMAGE!
So, here's what I think. Supporting a war for whiich the Bastard that started it has achieved his "mission" and refuses to leave means you are infected! Let's close all the churches...until Bush leaves Iraq OR '"free will" comes back into your life and you grow some balls".
