UNDER CONSTRUCTion. Both Chandra Levy, Bureau of Prisons Intern, (murdered in 2001) and Joyce Chiang, (murdered 7/97)..an INS Attorney working under Doris Meissner, ..who is still the INS Director and in charge of all US Detainees. Chiang had disappeared within an hour of visiting the same Starbucks Coffee Shop. A third intern named Mary Caitlin Mahoney, Mahoney also worked part-time in the same Starbucks..was found murdered there, with 2 other co-workers. Mary still had the keys to the safe in her hand.

Before we begin, let's all remember that the Baltimore prosecutor, Jonathan P. Luna, who was found dead last year had been a prosecutor in Brooklyn DA's office from l997-1999 at exactly the same time that Ali Mohamed, et al..were being "investigated" for the l993 WTC bombings. In fact, the l999 time period when Chiang and Levy went missing he was in the process of being transferred into the Baltimore Office.

Before Luna's stay as Prosecutor in the Northern District of NY, Luna was an attorney with the Federal Trade Commission from l994 to l997. It seems he is likely to have worked on the WTC 1993 bombing investigation because the Al Kidhamat' refugee" camp where most of the perpetrators were from...was located in Brooklyn.
Keep in mind that when Ramsey Yousef, the main suspect in the l993 bombing, was arrested in l993 and 3 other were arrested in l994, but they never had a sentencing hearing until January of l998.
Also keep in mind that Terry Mc Veigh's "personal" assistant...Terry Nichols...had traveled to the PHillipines no less than eight times in his life. According to FBI docs, he met with Ramsey Yousef.
So naturally, his District would have been the primay office for Prosectution. In a strange twist, Rudi Giuliani forced the Northern District office to hand offer all files to the Southern District office...after the Northern District had already located and arrested several Defendants. Of course, the WTCs are located in Manhattan..the SDNY Jurisdiction.
Luna also worked in the General Counsel's office of the FTC. The FTC is sort of the "FBI" for Wall Street. They investigate questions and inquiries from overseas companies pertaining to "mergers" and "acquisitions" in the US. But they have another interesting duty...the FTC that Luna worked at all does research and processes all "Freedom of Information Act" requests from the Dept of Commerce.
In a nutshell...Luna was at the FTC at the exact same time that Mary Caitlin Mahoney worked with the Commerce Dept...when she was murdered in l997. Did a FOIA request get Mahoney & Luna murdered? Were they connected through the Commerce Dept? or through "Mahoney" work in the Clinton White House...under Doris Matsui..who was Director of Public Liaison? Certainly, if Mahoney did work at the Clinton White House...she was there at the exact same time that Vince Foster "was suicided".

What connects them all together other than an FBI agent that still handles the cases of all the dead girls? An FBI agent who has yet to close a single file or find a single "murderer" (except for the "Mahoney" case!)
He was also the same FBI agent that investigated and secured a conviction for Ramsey Yousef for the l993 WTC bombing. He's also one of the Agents who "handled" Ali Mohammed during the l998 Trial. He even admitted having frequent lunches with "Mohammed", when the CIA would allow it.
He "apparently" was one of the FBI agents that assisted Ali Mohammed in acquiring what Ali thought was going to be "stale explosives". Keep in mind, the Justice Dept admits that the "explosives" for WTC 1993 were supplied by the FBI..at the CIA's request...to catch them in the "act". The FBI agent who arranged the "explosives" transfer thought that it couldn't explode with a "special catalyst" but it appears that some other entity supplied them with the "Catalyst".
ooops! His Bad! The same FBI agent handled the Vince Foster investigation. They say Vince Foster committed suicide..that's also what they said about Joyce Chiang. Special Agent Bradley J. Garrett, recently named lead investigator into the Chandra Levy "case," was also a lead investigator in the Vincent Foster "suicide" and also a lead investigator in the MaryCaitlin Mahoney/Starbucks triple-homicide.
The FBI always investigates the deaths of Federal Employees. So, why do they keep appointing the "Same" Agent to investigate EVERYTHING associated with Ali Mohamed (sic)? Eventually, the FBI agent obtained an "unwritten" and "unrecorded", "unverified" confession from a petty felon named Carl Derek Cooper. (Gee I wonder if he's any kin to DB Cooper?)
It appears that the SDNY Prosecutor's office of Rudy Giuliani was desparate to get the case before Judge Joyce Hens Green. Who was she? Today she's the same Judge for the Guantanamo detainees who claims they have no Constitutional rights, despire the fact that at least 40% are US Citizens.
The Judge in the Cooper case was Joyce Hens Green. Under the surface, Judge (let-em-go) Green was MUCH more than just a US District Judge. From 1990 to 1995 she was the Chief Judge of the then "FISA" Court...(US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court) or "terrorism and international corruption" division. She was appointed the position by President, George H W Bush.
As the "Chief Judge" of FISA she would have been the primary court where "search warrants" and "arrest warrants" for Ali Mohammed and all the other l993 WTC bombers would have been issued from. It also provides services for decommissioning and returning Rockefeller's 'Depleted Uranium" to Tennessee and Ky, where Parsons' puts it in neath "nodules" for "distribution" to Rockefeller's "Weapons" manufacturing division for reprocessing into "Iraqi Fertilizer".

On October 16th, l995, the Department of the Navy and the Dept of Energy had signed an agreement with Foster Energy the "Settlement" agreement requiring "ALL SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL, MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STATE OF IDAHO, NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 12, 2035."

Why Vince Foster? What's the "Terrorist/BCCI" connection? Special Agent Bradley J. Garrett, recently named lead investigator into the Chandra Levy "case," was also a lead investigator in the Vincent Foster "suicide" and also a lead investigator in the Mary Caitlin Mahoney/Starbucks triple-homicide.
Chandra Levy had been working with the Bureau of Prisons as an intern for a very short period of time. It appears she may have been doing verification research on Ali Mohammed's upcoming sentencing hearing when she stumbled across the "Red Hammer". Some FBI files infer she may have located items x-referenced to Mc Veigh's "sentencing" issues.
There is every reason to believe that Ali Abdul Saud Mohammed was the CEO of Al Qaeda (bin Laden is just CFO) and was about to confess a full statement about the upcoming 9/11 attack...in exchange for his freedom...but was actively concealing his involvement in OK City...to make sure Mc Veigh (the only witness against him in the OK City bombing) was "eliminated".
Ali's "sentencing" saga coincides with his November/00 Court Appearance, the original Mc Veigh death sentence and Chandra Levy's disappearance and an emergency meeting between Gary Condit and Dick Cheney. Ali's "plea hearing" was completed in the end of November, 2000. His "sentencing" hearing was scheduled in SDNY for September 6, 2001.
He was ROR'd and was a free man. During the pendent period, Ali would have been contacted multiple times by "Federal Bureau of Prisons" he would have been reviewed for "his Parole" or whatever his status was. The terms of his "release" included his "continuing cooperation" with Law Enforcement.
Joyce Chiang was an Immigration and Naturalization Service attorney, in DC. Ironically she lived at "Dupont Circle"..four blocks away from Chandra Levy. She disappeared on 1/9/1999...and her purse found in Anacostia Park a few days later. Eventually her decomposed body showed up in the "Potomac". No cause of death was EVER determined....just like Chandra Levy.
As a "federal employee" the FBI would have automatically investigated her "death". However, since the FBI had "handled" Ali and released him without charges on several occasions..including after the 1993 WTC bombings...they would have instantly recognized the "threat" to ALI if they investigated "Chiang's" death too closely,.
Chiang's actual position was Special Assistant to the Director of the Congressional Relations office at the Department of Immigration and Naturalization. In other words, the "Director" would have "inserted" or "coordinated" issues involving members of congress, family, constituents and the INS..or would have "coordinated" the "release" of Naturalized Citizens who may or would have become incarcerated.
Let's try that again. The Federal Bureau of Prisons are required to establish the "Exact" status of any parolee in the system..especially when the "parolee" is considered highly dangerous..as would the typical "Mass Murderer" that the FBi lets loose.
But, politics aside, the Federal Bureau of Prisons (ie Chandra Levy's office) would likely have been in daily contact with the INS..through the Congressional Relations office. There is NO other way she could have x-referenced "Ali's" status.
Regardless of whether "Ali" was being "processed" at the same time as Mc Veighs..there is NO doubt the Federal Records for the SDNY show that Ali was being "reviewed" for "sentencing with the Federal Bureau of Prisons at precisely the same time as Chandra Levy was working as a Congressional Intern for the Bureau of Prisons.
(yikes, there's that nasty triple delta, again!) Some of the naturalization applications for some of the "alleged" 9/11 hijackers may have been processed by her. Keep in mind that Ali Muhammed was a "naturalized US Citizen". He became a US Citizen..some time in ????? Did Joyce Chiang handle his case? Chiang was also an Intern for Congressman Howard Berman, (Progessive, Jewish, Demo, from LA).
After Ali's "initial plea agreement" was approved through "Spitzer", Ali was to reappear for future "negotiations" on remaining details prior to the sentencing hearing scheduled for the 1st of September, 2001. Sometime between July 2001 and September 2001, in direct association with his Federal Sentencing hearing scheduled in the SDNY and Prosecutor Spitzer.
It is likely that "Ali" was the "dark middle eastern looking man, seen exiting mc Veigh's Ryder truck" just before the explosion. Mc Veigh's execution was fast tracked becoming the fastest known Federal Execution since the Lincoln Assassination hangings. It would make sense that the FBI AND the Bureau of Prisons were rushing at Break Neck speeds to get Mc Veigh dead...BEFORE Ali Mohammed testified that he was the 2nd man!
The revelatioin would have completely thrown the Mc Veigh trial result into chaos and competely discredited not only Mc Veigh's prosecution but the FBI investigation...perhaps even the "Ali" prosecution as well. At this point, the net result that "Ali" was in fact guilty of Oklahoma City complicity AND the main 9/11 planner is the fact that NO ONE has been indicted for complicity in 9/11 and the murder of 3,000 people. (We'll run that thread later)
At this point, the Bureau of Prisons would have been putting the lid on ANYTHING that could rremotelly delay the Mc Veigh execution. Let alone, anything as messy as an "appeal". (Who turned down his appeal?)
At the exact same time that Mc Veigh was supposed to be executed, it appears that Ali was playing hardball and refusing to reveal specific details about his involvement in 9/11 or OK City until the senttencing.
Since, the FBI & the Bureau of Prisons did in FACT delay Mc Veigh's execution is also evidence the they were having a hard time "getting closure" on the "Ali" confessions which was expected momentarily.
Although "memes" are all worthless...as a bit of factual conjecture...the Mc Veigh TIming/Ali Confession "timing"/The Chandra Levy/Bureau of Prisons investigations, fit like a glove as well as the "Prosecutions" time line for SDNY, as welll as specific warnings that "Spitzer" gave to the FBI and CIA and Secty Rice.
I would HATE to think that the FBI/CIA/White House/and Bureau of PRisons as well as the US congress "coluded" to deprive "Mc Veigh" of his Constittutional right to a "fair sentencing" because of their inability to "COERCE" an EARLY confession out of ALI...and Save Mc Veigh.
