If you wonder what's reallllly going on, it seems the CIA is looking for "A Few Good Bloggers". For nearly a decade the CiA has bemoaned the fall of the average qualitiy of it's US-born analysts which has forced IT, as well as, all other gov't agencies to go outside the US for really smart people who want to spy on the world. The problem is, the more "none-American/outsourced-sleuth-sitters" the more "un-American" your content gets!
So, Bloggers have been out "sleuthing" the CiA for years since 9/11. Why? Because Bloggers actually have MORE access to information in Public and Private domains than the CIA does. Also, no one wants to take the risk of "snitching" stuff directly to the CIA, so we plug in somewhere on line and know that "Echeloxxxxxxn" ("our daily task for the web-snoop algorithm of the day") is picking it up.
You see, the CIA isn't supposed to use its investigative facilities to "Snoop" or to gather intelligence on US Citizens, UNLESS while they are overseas or planning to go overseas. It is NOT illegal for the CIA to "snoop" on Commercial Operations that may or may occasionally have an overseas "Nexus". In that case, since nearly all banks are set up on the International Banking Consortium Treaty (ie, you can deposit foreign checks in most us National Banks) then the CIA is free to scrub around inside the "cyber-vaults" of many thousands of accounts.
Although the CIA is free to "SPY" on everyone outside the US without a warrant or even probably cause, the FBI can't "SPY" or "Investigate" ANYONE, ANYWHERE..unless they have a "warrant" for information or for the person. So, unless someone has reported a crime TO the FBI, their hands are tied to investigate.
SO, if you've been feeling safe while the FBI, Justice Dept and CIA are on the job...you've been "FOOLED"! The CIA can't help you and the FBI ONLY gets involved AFTER you've been kidnapped. So, let's see...
DEAR FBI: I hereby formally inform you that I am an officer of some court of some Federal District. I further inform you that my research and affidavits have allowed the FBI to arrest major crime figures and operations in the past! (Of course, none in the mafia...that would be wrong!) I therefore hereby aver and affirm that the WTC 1 and WTC 2 were and WTC 7 were destroyed by pre-design explosives, planted at the request of the insurance company to avoid loss of life at sometime after the 1st attack on the WTC by the Ramsey Usef, "trio"!
If the XXXXX of XXXXX insurance company had NOT required the "wiring" of the WTC 1 and WTC 2, the building would have been "uninsurable" by the underwriters in London. In fact, certain underwriters may already have been "pulling" the insurance on the building which means that it would have to be torn down and that NO FEDERAL agency would be allowed to have a lease hold agreement with WTC 1 or WTC 2 or WTC 7.
So, that would explain the fact why 80% of all US agencies had moved out of the WTC 1 and WTC 2 within a 9 month period preceding the "subterfuge".
